Traveling during the Christmas Holidays can be hectic and at times stressful. Toronto Pearson set out to make the travel experience more enjoyable by surprising and delighting unexpected passengers with a tweet-a-carol program. Friends and family could request a personal holiday carol dedication by tweeting on @torontopearson the name and arriving flight of the arriving guest. Upon arrival at the airport, travelers were greeted by a group of holiday carolers holding a welcome sign with the guest’s name.
